Support And Advocacy For Healthcare Services

To support our folks with behavioral health challenges, we establish a behavioral support plan to help them prepare for these appointments. This ensures that clients have someone to attend appointments with them and provide assistance by:

  • Being an advocate on their behalf
  • Helping them remain calm and comfortable
  • Providing redirection when necessary
  • Being a reliable reporter and note-taker

We believe in the importance of providing individual advocacy for all of our folks as they interact with local healthcare providers and our care providers function as the direct link between off-site physicians and our nurses on-site.
